Combines all the hard work of the Cardio Boxing class with some of the finer points of Boxing. Includes defense, pad and bag work, shadow boxing and floor work

Thursday 24/12 – Open for 6am classes only.

Tuesday 29/12 – Open as per usual Tuesday timetable.
